Because Fox in the Woods is not messing around… bring your stretchy pants, seriously you can thank me later. I’ve included notes and details below for our private and group catering tasting options this year.
Both private & group tastings are complimentary for all of our Meadow, North and Emerald Bay couples. Tavern Bay couples can easily add on a tasting for an additional fee. If you wish to have anyone else join, let us know and we can provide additional guest pricing and availability.
Additional information for our catering, dessert and bartending vendors, including their menus and packages are all noted on your welcome page.

Private Catering Tasting
Tina offer’s a private tasting for each couple in her home - which is local to Arrowhead and very cozy and intimate so you can get to know (and love) Tina! You will select and try the items that are included in your booked Miller’s Landing package. Additional items maybe available for an additional fee.
If you are interested in scheduling a private tasting, please email me (you can use the button below) 4-5 dates spanning over the next couple of months and I’ll work with Tina on getting you scheduled. Once we have your private tasting locked in, I will email over next steps and gather your tasting selections.
Due to limited weekend availability and events, we only schedule private tastings Monday - Thursday.
Sweets + Drinks: If desserts and/or bartending packages were included in your ML package then we will also try our best to align any private dessert or cocktail tastings on the same day. If they were not included in your ML package but you wish to book tastings through Little Bee’s Cakerie or R&B Mixing Co. we can also work on aligning tasting schedules.
Group Catering Tasting
The venue will host an open tasting for you other Miller’s Landing couples to try an assortment of Fox in the Wood’s menu items. Tina & team will provide popular appetizers, entrees, salads and sides for you to enjoy. Sample cocktails & desserts will also be provided by R&B Mixing Co. and Little Bee’s Cakerie.
The group catering tastings will be held at Miller’s Landing on:
Saturday, March 1st from 12:00pm to 3:30pm
Saturday, April 12th from 12:00pm to 3:30pm
To learn more and reserve your spot at our group catering tasting event, please click on the below button. Reservations are required and availability is limited so I suggest booking sooner than later. The booking link (through the below button) also includes some additional information for the event (timing, availability, vendors, deadlines, etc). Please only book one session per party as the individual, available slots are intended for the couple and any of their guest attendees, not for each individual attending.
Sweets + Drinks: If you booked desserts through Little Bees Cakerie, Lauren can provide a personalized tasting box for you at the time of the group tasting. If you have (or wish to have) a private tasting booked with R&B Mixing Co., unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate it at the same time of the group tasting and will need to be scheduled separately.
LASTLY,
I will do a check in and confirmation the week before the tasting to confirm the final number in your party, send invoices out for extra attendees or bookings and provide any additional information or updates. Tina and the other vendors will provide a detailed menu at the tasting but unfortunately, we are not accepting any special requests at this time. If you do have any requests for certain items, I would definitely suggest booking a private tasting with Fox in the Woods they are more catered to each individual couple.
Please note that low attendance and/or inclement weather may impact the date resulting in postponement or cancellation of group tasting.
