Fox in the Woods is not messing around.. stretchy pants encouraged (you can thank me later). Below you’ll find details on this year’s group and private catering tastings options. 

Tastings are complimentary for our Meadow, North, and Emerald Bay couples. Tavern Bay couples may add a tasting for $150+tax per couple. And additional guests (up to 2) may be added for an additional $75+ tax, per person. You can find menus and package details for our catering, dessert, and bar vendors on your Welcome Page (sent after booking). 

I’ll be checking in soon to touch base on vendor selections, wedding details and more but please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions in the meantime!

Group Catering Tasting

Join us for an open tasting with fellow Miller’s Landing couples, featuring a curated selection of Fox in the Woods favorites — including appetizers, entrées, salads, and sides. Sample cocktails and desserts will also be provided by R&B Mixing Co. and Little Bee’s Cakerie.

The group catering tastings will be held at Miller’s Landing on the below dates:

• Saturday, March 21st from 1:00pm to 4:30pm

• Saturday, March 28th from 1:00pm to 4:30pm

Reservations are required and space is limited, so we recommend booking soon. The booking link also includes additional event details, including timing, vendors, and deadlines. Please reserve only one session per couple + party.

Sweets + Drinks: If you’ve booked desserts with Little Bee’s Cakerie, Lauren can provide a personalized tasting box during the group tasting. Private tastings with R&B Mixing Co. must be scheduled separately and cannot take place at the same time as the group tasting.

LASTLY,

I’ll check in the week before the tasting to confirm your final headcount, send any invoices for additional guests, and share updates. Menus will be provided at the tasting, but special requests aren’t available at this time. For specific menu requests, we recommend booking a private tasting with Fox in the Woods instead. 

Please note that low attendance and/or inclement weather may impact the date resulting in postponement or cancellation of group tasting. 

Private Catering Tasting

Fox in the Woods offers a private, in-home tasting with Tina & Ali (mom + daughter) in Lake Arrowhead — a cozy, intimate experience to get to know (and love) the pair while sampling items included in your Miller’s Landing package. Additional items may be available for an added fee.

To schedule a private tasting, please email me 4–5 date options over the next couple of months (you can also use the below button). I’ll coordinate with the Fox team and once confirmed, I’ll share next steps and gather your selections.

Due to limited weekend availability and events, we only schedule private tastings Monday - Thursday.

Sweets + Drinks: If desserts and/or bartending are included in your ML package, we’ll do our best to align private dessert or cocktail tastings on the same day. If not included, but you’d still like to book tastings with Little Bee’s Cakerie or R&B Mixing Co., we’re happy to help coordinate schedules.
