The property
With a beautifully landscaped space that encompasses Lake Arrowhead’s charm, the property offers a versatile space for both the couple and their guests to enjoy.
A lush wisteria walkway leads to an open, outdoor ceremony space with an “I do” deck surrounded by sky high pine and cedar trees.
Open-air decks, decorated with vintage wine-barrel tables imported from France, offer a spacious, relaxed setting—ideal for guests to mingle, sip signature drinks, and enjoy passed appetizers making the transition from the ceremony to the reception effortless and comfortable.
With an almost an acre of space, we encourage our guests to take advantage of the property and all it has to offer, including our sweet little secret garden.

The barn
The barn’s open floor plan, complemented by exposed wooden beams and polished concrete floors, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere while offering a versatile blank canvas for couple’s to personalize their reception. Ideal for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations, the barn comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests, lending ample space for dining, dancing, and heartfelt moments.
The suites
With two separate onsite suites, we encourage our couples to celebrate and get ready with their parties prior to their wedding.
Our beautifully restored bridal suite is a vintage retreat including original brick flooring, French doors, cozy sitting rooms decorated with chic antique furniture, a picturesque greenhouse room and a perfectly lit vanity room with mirrored stations that offer a flawless space to bring in beauty and styling teams.
Our groom’s den is a comfortable and laid‑back haven stocked with leather couches, pool and foosball tables, a TV, retro fridge and a cozy fireplace and is the perfect space to chill out before the big “I do”.
